One price for your whole company

The Estimator plan is A$189 per month and the Builder plan is A$379 per month, both in Australian dollars and both including GST, for your whole company with unlimited users and storage. Pay annually and it is ten months for twelve: A$1,890 or A$3,790 a year. Enterprise is priced on request. There is a free 30-day trial first, and no credit card is needed to start it.

Yes. Every price on this page includes GST, so the figure you see is the figure you pay — nothing is added at the checkout. If you are registered for GST you can claim the GST component back: it is A$17.18 of the A$189 Estimator plan and A$34.45 of the A$379 Builder plan, or A$171.82 and A$344.55 on the annual prices. Your tax invoice shows it separately.

Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged — there is no card on file to charge. Your projects, estimates, drawings and files stay exactly as you left them for six months. Come back whenever you are ready, pick a plan, and carry on from where you stopped rather than starting the job again. Most builders trial software in the middle of a live job and then get busy; that should not cost you the work you have already put in.

No. Monthly plans are month to month, and an annual plan is simply twelve months paid up front at the price of ten. You can change plan or cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

A good spreadsheet is fine at pricing a job, and you can bring your price lists across rather than retyping them. Where it runs out is everything after the price: it does not raise the orders, it cannot tell you what has already been committed against each cost centre, and it does not build the next progress claim. Those are the places a job quietly loses money, and they are what SmarteBuild does from the same numbers you priced with.

Builder adds everything for running the job — purchase orders, expenses, variations, progress claims, the schedule and call-up sheets, site diary, timesheets, checklists and safety, defects with supplier notices, cash flow, colour selection — and the mobile app. Enterprise is Builder plus features for franchises and multi-entity businesses running several companies as one.

Enterprise is for builders running more than one company or branch — franchises, groups and multi-entity businesses. On top of everything in Builder, it adds group features that are set up for you: price lists and supplier lists shared across every branch, one login with access to several companies at the same time, a switch between companies with a separate dashboard for each, users who can reach only the companies they need and only certain information within each one, and cost centres and estimate templates set once for the whole group, and Earned Value history: the S-curve of every job, and the job as it stood on any past day. It comes with dedicated onboarding, your existing data moved across for you, and priority support. It is priced to the size of the group, so talk to us.

Nothing costs extra. Every plan is one price for your whole company: unlimited users, unlimited storage and unlimited projects. Add the estimator, the site supervisor, the bookkeeper and the apprentices without watching a seat count.

Storage holds the plans and drawings you upload, and any other files you attach to a job — specifications, site photos, supplier documents and the like. It is unlimited on every plan under a fair-use policy; a normal builder never comes near it.

Anyone who needs their own login, and there is no limit on how many. Every user has their own permissions and access, set per person — so a site supervisor can be given the schedule, the diary and the call-ups without seeing your margins, and a bookkeeper can enter invoices without touching the estimate. No. SmarteBuild runs in a web browser on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone, so it works on site as well as in the office.
